I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby in July 2010
Interview
The interview was very quick. Its a new store here in the Spokane Valley. An ad in the local paper didnt get printed out, so I had found online a blog about Hobby Lobby hiring. A few people showed up, so there was a mis-communication with the intial hiring process. I basically filled out my info and had an interview on the spot and got offered the position.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Jacksonville, NC) in Oct 2019

There is a math test that will determine whether or not you will move forward in the interview process for all positions. There is no calculator, but you take it in an unsupervised room with the other interviewees. If you fail this test you will be sent home.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Midland, TX) in June 2015
Interview
Very easy. Ask a few questions on knowledge of the company. You then have to complete a quick math sheet. I originally applied to be a cashier but I did so well on my math test the manager suggested I be a framer. I ended up having to quit for health reasons, but I would recommend framing if you have a choice. Very fun and great people to work with!
