I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Waukesha, WI)
Interview
General/basic questions: Why should I hire you? Strengths/Weaknesses? etc. Followed by a little above average math test involving percentages. (They'll put you in the classroom alone so my advice is to sneak your phone calculator, all current employees did). No drug test. As long as you dress nice, have a personality, and hide your calculator you should have the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Pensacola, FL)
Interview
Extremely easy. Was during seasonal so management let pretty much anybody in. Had to take a quick test, which was easy enough. The woman who interviewed me was very personable during the process.
It was very smooth process. They asked me 4 or 5 questions and then let me ask questions. They gave me a tour of the store and introduced me to the other people working there.
The interview process was swift and easygoing. The managers had great personalities and were easy to communicate with. They made you feel at home before you even started the interview.
