Interview
The first job interview was done online with my future boss and the HR business partner. Everyone made a short introduction of themselves and afterwards I was asked some questions to my CV and the most interesting stages of my business life and a few personal questions. For the second job interview I got a task to prepare for my future job. I had 2 days for preparation and had to make a presentation in-house and got to see the whole company. All in all everyone was friendly and respectful.

How good are you able to cope with stress? What did you do at stage x or y? Where would you look for a flat if you get the job?
Sehr freundliches Gespräch, es wurde mir das Gefühl gegeben an mir als Person interessiert zu sein, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Ich habe ich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gespräch spiegelte für mich sehr gut die familiäre Atmosphäre des Unternehmens wieder.
