Hofstra University interview questions

First round Zoom interview, second round in-person interview. Simple screening questions asked for the first round, behavioral questions asked at the second interview, on-site. Questions: share a time you underwent adversity, share an example of you learning something quickly, walk me through how you'd coordinate an event.

Interview process was formal with multiple layers of interviews. About three total before I was offered the role. I was asked about my resume and why I wanted the role, no questions that were completely out of left field. I was required to submit a writing sample.
