I had a multi-stage interview process which began with a meeting with a Director who took the time to ascertain my interests and didn’t just focus on my suitability for the role.
At each stage of the process I found the company’s ambition infectious and I was able to gain a real insight into what Hofy does, what it’s like to work for them and how they operate.
Importantly, I feel like the interview process helped to determine whether Hofy was a good fit for me which showed me they care about my professional satisfaction and not just my ability to perform a role.
I’ve now been in my role almost 5 months and my first impressions from the interview process turned out to be a good indicator of how good life at Hofy is.
