      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hog Technologies (Stuart, FL) in June 2023

      Interview

      It was a mass "interview" on a Friday afternoon. It was completely disorganized with openings ranging from welders to management. They had the groups of applicants go to the hiring manager that they wanted to work for. There were no interview questions asked, they basically went over benefits and the extremely low pay, and asked the applicants if they had any questions. I waited around for the COO who is a young guy, talked about my previous fleet management and purchasing experience. He was impressed and that interaction went really well. ...And then I met James the CEO. He was kind of slurring during his initial presentation and when. I got close, I smelled why. I get it was 5p on a Friday, but the drinks could have waited. It was very unprofessional. He asked me again what I made at my last job, and just laughed when I gave my answer. I never got a call back, but if I did I would have declined due to all the red flags I saw. Plus the reviews here are not all that great.

      Thank you for taking the time to express your experience during our in-house recruiting event hosted on June 23, 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while you visited us during a transition period when we were moving back into the building after the fire in March. We take pride in hosting recruiting events that allow interested applicants in the various positions to meet the hiring managers, which allows them to identify what areas there are available. During these events we do not interview candidates. We have not begun the process of interviewing applicants for the Purchasing Agent/Assistant. We do expect to begin the process here in the next month and will be reaching out to applicants with details about the next steps in the recruiting process. Thank you, Human Resources Department
