Got rejected for not knowing Hindi, this sucks a lot than u think. in fact i was the only one who got shortlisted for the interview from my college and i am pretty sure i answered all the questions right.

Basic Civil Engineering Questions for core subjects and some question based on field
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Holcim (Trichy) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was a great experience. The interviewers made me feel comfortable while talking and made sure that they listened to me actively. The questions were well worded and it was overall a fun way to do an interview.
Nothing yet from the company just the aptitude test for now and I’m still expecting to hear from them on the long run but if for I will retry and at least get some experience somewhere else
