Ponderous. Although I enjoyed meeting everyone through the process, they approach their search in a far-too-lengthy fashion. I made it to what I think was a final, or one of the final steps, but during the time it took me to get from the initial call through the final meeting, I received a competitive offer from another company and moved on.
