I had to meet 3 managers and have a separate interviews with all of them. After that they emailed me with the appointment for signing the contract. It was not for too long but the waiting process was weeks.
Interview was organised smoothly.
The interviewer had a supervisor alongside - both very lovely.
First they asked about myself then HR required questions , such as examples of past experiences in hospitality.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Manchester, England) in June 2024

it was a conversation with the F&B manager in the lobby of the hotel.

Very relaxed and quick, asked me the usual questions and what experience i had and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Heard back promptly within the week.
