Interview
Very strict interview process. Really concerned with hospitality and ensuring that I fit the goals of the company. If you don’t have any experience within this field, your chances Of getting hired is slim
Brief chat. Seemed formal then turned informal. Asked general questions and stuff, was then offered job on the spot and gladly accepted. I think it was because they were short staffed and needed anyone really but glad I accepted as I love it
seemed like they just wasn’t interested in me from the beggining before hearing me even speak, said they would contact me with a yes or a no but never got anything.

Interview
It was pretty easy they didn’t asked much. It took me almost 1 week for an interview. I got selected but due to personal reasons I declined the offer. For a guy whi wants to make a career in it is subpar.
