WARNING: Don't Waste Your Time Interviewing With This Company!!
Hiring process is 3 step interviews.
First Interview:
Introduction of company, project and yourself.
Second Interview:
Live coding challenge where one engineering manager and lead developer will give you a problem and you have to solve it. The problem will evolve with more questions as you progress and it is an interesting tech conversation overall. It can take upto 3 hours.
Final Interview:
2 - 3 hour interview with 3 different people from branding and marketing team, people team and engineering team. This meeting involves questions around work flow style.
Overall I had all interviews with very positive feedback and then the company disappeared and didn't give me any response, not even a No.
The third party recruiter from P+L Data was also like I'll give you an update today.
At the end, P+L Data recruiter told me an "unfortunately" message without giving any further details and claiming that the company wrote you the decision.
Don't waste your time interviewing this company.

Ein mehrstufiger Ablauf, der darauf abzielt den Bewerber möglichst gut kennenzulernen. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass Holiday Check ein gutes Bild von mir hatte. Ich habe mich bereits das zweite mal beworben und würde es wieder tun.
