Interview
It was me in a small room with the ED and Deputy director. I sat across from both of them (no AC was tough!) while they asked me questions. We got along well and the interview lasted about an hour and a a half. I remembered that I applied online and was contacted by the assistant at the time to schedule. I don't believe I had a phone screen prior. I was given homework after the in person. I was to review a document and make edits and suggestions to it.

Interview
Interview process was standard protocol with screening application for resume and cover letter. After being chosen for an interview, the questions asked were typical ones such as what can you bring to the table, what are your strengths and weaknesses, etc. I interviewed with what would be my direct supervisor as well as another manager.

Interview
I applied online (through an ad on Facebook).
I first had a skype call with the CEO and another one with the HR.
Lastly, there was and in-person interview at the office with the CEO.
Everything was very clear to me. The CEO and HR were extremely kind, friendly and accommodating. I loved that interview.
