Lack of transparency on the role. They do not inform on the huge workload, the relationship to keep with the 3 head of depts, and the mandatory Zurich plan which is a monthly deduction of 5% form your salary.

Telephone interview with a great HR Professional who asks more about experience than other useless questions. Very clear with the Company's information. What he says is what you get. No difficult questions, He likes to confront your experience with real cases.
