They Hire you on the spot. That shoud have been a red light allready. They are allways hiring for this position, because so many quit constantly. They first call you and tell you about the position. Then they invite you for a face to face, but also ask you to fill out all the forms for a background check at your first interview. You are allready hired at that point. They give you a tour and you will have a chat.
