Group interview with 5 other girls. I was the only one to get the job out of the 5. They're looking for confidence and how well you present yourself. Make sure you dress nice because that is going to be part of the job.
Very easy interview process, the company is looking for trustworthy individuals who just want to have fun and are hard working. Managers are out going and know how to get you out of your shell

They care about how you look the most. Make sure to show up looking fresh faced like a California girl. Don't wear too much makeup, that is also a rule.
