I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Hollister, CA) in June 2011
Interview
Come wearing something that you would typically see the high school hollister kids wearing. Try to act like a civilized human being. Drink the kool aid for a good 30 minutes talking about diversity, what hollister "represents" and previous times you had to do things which required having a 3rd grade education. You better hope you are a blonde caucasian girl if you want to be anywhere but the back.
