I walked into the store and asked if they had any job openings, and the employee showed me to a little kiosk near the cashier. I applied right on the spot, so if you go in asking for a job, make sure you have all necessary information ready/know it. I scheduled a group interview for two days later. At the interview, I wore head to toe hollister (nice white shirt, skinny jeans cuffed at the ankle), and brown leather flip flops. I also kept my hair straight and wore very minimal makeup. Basically, just follow their Look Policy. My interview was actually done right in the store on a couple couches, so it was dark (not sure how much they saw my outfit but I like to think it helped) and loud. I made conversation with the other applicant before the manager came to talk to us. I actually got interviewed by the district manager, and a manager in training observed, so it was a little intimidating. I made small talk with the managers before the interview started, and just kept smiling and being very bubbly. Also, if the girl went before me and said what I planned to say, I said my original answer, but expanded on that and put more stress on my additions. They told me they'd call us in two weeks if we got the job, and I got a phone call one week later.
