I was returning a pair of shorts and the assistant manager asked me if I was looking for a part time job and was interested in working there. I was given the password required to access the application and ended up applying on the spot. Interview date was a week after. It was a group interview with two other people (I think I got lucky). The store manager was interviewing us and basically she would ask a question and going around the group get each one of our answers. For example, 'What concept is Hollister going for?' (something along those lines) After the interview she said she'd call within a week to tell us if we got the job.

They will ask “what does diversity mean to you?” And it was a group interview at the time, taking turns asking each person and having them answer in front of the other.
