The company (A&F and HCo.) both do group interviews, so the same questions are asked to everyone. There's usually 5+ people in each group. Questions are open ended, very easy to answer. They usually asks you questions about diversity in the workplace and if you are very people friendly. They also look to see how well you look in store attire

You can apply online or get recruited in store. Then you are invited to a group interview where they ask questions such as "Describe yourself in 3 words" or "Describe Hollister in 3 words". Told to introduce yourself to a group. If they like you they will call you and offer you a job.

I applied in-store and scheduled my group interview. The day of the interview, I was told to wait in the lounge area with 3 other applicants. Dress casual, relax, and you don't need to bring your resume. The manager was very personable and made us feel comfortable. We sat in some couches outside of the store for the interview. Questions are easy and exactly what you'll find on here. Just act friendly and confident! Interview took about 10 minutes and he said he'd call us the next day.
