They only care if you're attractive without visible tattoos. I answered all the questions very ignorantly and still got the job.

They ask a lot of random questions like when do you feel like you worked as a team in school, when do you feel you helped someone out or helped people, what's your hobbies etc.
It was very easy. they asked you about your retail experience and asked behavior questions that were very easy to answer. So I thought it was straight forward in my humble opinion
Apply online and invited to group interview with approx. 5 other people. The interview is in a casual environment e.g. in the shopfloor, interviewer was welcoming and easy to get along with

Group interview to go over basics, one on ones after main group. Questions were straight forward and helped see what personalities would fit. Went over benefits and other normal items
