I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Mesa, AZ)
Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Concord, CA) in June 2019
Interview
Skip the entire process if you don’t have a degree or they won’t even consider you for an upper management position even if you’re currently in one. The first interview they didn’t even remember I was coming in and the store manager who had scheduled it with me suggested that I reapply online even though she was the one who called me for the interview. Not to mention the unprofessional staff and long and annoying process only to be offered a lower position with half the pay I currently make because I don’t have a degree. However the hypocrisy of the situation was when I had the interview with the store manager of this specific location she had mentioned she wasn’t finished with school either.
Brought me in for an interview, the interview went really well but I didn't get a job offer. When I asked for some feedback they said they had no positions available right now. Very unprofessional and they obviously had someone picked already for the job. Completely wasted my time!
