Interview
Simple and short, they ask you basic behavioral questions and also ask you to describe your outfit and the choices behind it. The behavior questions gauge your ability to cooperate with others.
Easy group interview in the food court, with basic questions that have to do with teamwork and diversity. They are likely to hire outgoing and talkative people, you don't necessarily even have to dress like a Hollister worker either.
