Hollywood Branded interview questions

Got contacted for an interview about a little over a week after applying. The interview was straightforward and positioned itself as more of a conversation. After being told at the end of the interview that they would like to move forward and I would be contacted about the next steps, I was ghosted. Not even a response to my follow-up emails. Simply a lack of character and not something I expected from small-mid sized agencies. Candidates arent 'lucky' to be able to work for you, we are people who deserve the same respect we give.

I wish recruiters stopped asking canned questions. It would also be great if they didn't ghost people after interviews. It's literally your job to communicate with candidates. Please don't tell people they are the best person they have talked to and noting after that. It's a very green thing to do!
