Applied online and was emailed about setting up an interview called a "casting call." It's a group interview where 2 managers and 2 HR reps interview the whole group. You go around the room telling about yourself, work experience, and why you applied. *They are union and the intial fee is 300$ spread out into 25$ increments from your pay. After that, dues are 12$ every pay from then on.* Then they pull the people they want to hire out for "1 on 1's." And everyone is left to wait while they are interviewed. And then after you've waited all that time they say "You'll get your 'yes' or 'no' via email." I interviewed today, haven't gotten an email yet and don't think I will. The group interviews don't give you a chance to show your personality, frankly I've had a better interview at Burger King.
