Interview
HR phone screen, one round meeting with team members, second round meeting with hiring mangers. Was not offered job, and treated unprofessionally when I contacted HR for updates. If someone is going to take the time to come in for multiple rounds of interviews, candidates should be given the professional courtesy of providing updates. Very inconsiderate to the candidates.

I waited 15 minutes for the hiring manager to arrive and then didn't get a chance to ask all of my questions. Talent Assessment is biased against poor test takers and neurodivergent thinkers; but that is apparently what they weigh your future performance against.

How do you get along with people from other cultures.
I applied via the company website and received a email about 3 weeks later. The interview process was standard and consisted of a discussion with the recruiter, co-workers, hiring manager, panel that consisted of upper level management.

Standard interview process. They answered a lot of questions and they asked insightful questions. Multiple levels. Benefits were explained well.The overall process did take quite a bit of time. You have to be patient through the lengthy process
