I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Hologic (Danbury, CT) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was painfully slow. At first things were moving well... I had 3 phone interviews over the course of a week in January, which was great. But then it took a month before they contacted me to say they wanted to bring me in for an on-site interview. I interviewed with 5 or 6 people for the on-site, and everyone was very friendly and professional. However, I was told that I would be given a decision in a week or two. After three weeks of not hearing anything, I emailed HR to find out my application status. They said that the hiring manager was still making a decision, but that I shouldn't worry because my on-site went well and to check back in another 2-3 weeks. I emailed them again in 2-3 weeks, still no decision (was told they were still looking at other candidates). I finally got the rejection letter in early June after dangling for 5 months. Ridiculous.

Question 1
Almost all standard behavioral questions, very few technical questions and no curveballs.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Hologic (San Diego, CA) in July 2020
Interview
Took two months and I emailed the recruiter to set up the first call and the whole interview process was slow and not streamlined at all even though they told me that they are moving fast. Second, I had to ask them again and again for updates because otherwise, they didn't say a thing. In the end, I got rejected even though I was told during the interview I have the required experience and they like me. I will never consider this company again.
