They will ask us to take a session on the given topics and ask general HR questions. The panel consist of the head of the institution and department. They will check your long-term goal to work in their college

Not very rigorous. They want to see that you're good with students. They don't want to know that you're a great researcher. The schools is very small, so you'll have students who expect a relationship with their teachers.
