Was straight forward. First had an interview over the phone with the recruiter. The second interview was Microsoft teams with the Unit Manager and a Charge Nurse. I heard back later that day that I was hired.

It was quick and easy. Not many question. It was mainly about my availability and willingness to work. If I am able to come in at the drop of a hat or not.
