First Interview was a phone screening. The second is in person and they ask about availability and when you can start. Then the manager asked me about my education history and why I wanted this job.

Interview
Interviewed with middle school head and then came back for a second interview, and was hired the same day. I also spoke briefly with the preschool division head, since I work with preschoolers as well. She was just a small part of the interview. It was mostly just the middle school division head, since it is mostly a middle school librarian position, full time, no summers.

Interview
The interview went well. Administratoris were prompt. They were friendly. the environment had a laid back feel. Yet it was a professional environment. Staff clearly enjoyed what they did.
