The interview itself felt like an interrogation rather than a conversation. The CEO left the call partway through and returned, very disrespectful. I later discovered through other Glassdoor reviews that multiple candidates have had similar experiences, with one noting they saw their strategies being implemented after not receiving an offer. This appears to be a pattern of extracting free consulting from candidates under the guise of an interview process.

Interview
The process started with a case study assignment, which I was told they were interested to call for interview. However, during the interview itself, I wasn’t given a chance to present the case study, and the conversation lacked structure. The questions asked didn’t align with the role I applied for, making it difficult to understand what the team was actually looking for. Expectations weren’t clearly communicated from the start, which made the overall process feel vague and unfocused. While the interviewer were friendly, the setup left me with more confusion than clarity. Additionally, the salary discussed was far below market value given the scope of the position.

Very nice and guided interview process. Overall positive experience because they were constantly reassuring and helping if I did not understand something. I also felt at ease because the task was really true to the job description and did not ask me to come up with a whole new marketing campaign.
