Initial engagement was a phone interview then if you pass, they will schedule you for another one. The day of the actual interview, you will have 2 sets of exams which is out of this world. It is not suited for the position you are applying for! After that they will ask if you failed or pass. If you pass you will proceed to the interview. If you failed you will take the exam again. On the interview part. Interviewer was polite and down to earth. It took 1 hour but went well. After that, they will let you go. And the rest is history. They never had any courtesy to email or call you that you didn't make it or shortlisted.

1 st round was written whihc would contain all the theory and programming questions followed by technical discussion and lastly HR Discussion. and offer will get released. Interview process was good .
