Quick phone screening with the General Manager. Asked basic questions before scheduling an in person interview. Lasted about 10 minutes.
In person interview was with the GM and HR Supervisor, They asked a ton of personality based questions to get to know you Not much situational if I recall correctly. It's pretty easy. There was also a paper assessment to test your scheduling skills. Just gives you scenarios and you choose how to schedule the people for each scenario. About 5 questions, Also easy.
You need to have 3 professional references and 3 personal references and they do call them. It's a bit OD but if you have them it's not a big deal. I think your offer is contingent on the references checking out. There is a drug test one you get an offer as well.
