I had interviews with the HR team and Director of TA. They were virtual and did include an onsite so that I could see the office space. The interviews were about 2.5 hours total.

Very Long. I had to go through 8 rounds of interview with different people because they were trying out a new recruitment process. As a company they should be smart enough to review their processes and drop procedures that are redundant. It was a complete waste of time
