1 hour interview with presentation. Two people interviewing. In small room, no insight into working environment. The issue for me I felt being of a more 'mature' age, was that I was interviewed by members of the same team who were younger. I was aware of trying not to come across as too assertive and consequently feedback was that I was nice but not strong enough to lead a team. This is a good reason why interviews should be carried out by HR teams.
