I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Home Office (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
Applied online in October took a while to hear back as they are hiring a lot of people. The interview was pre recorded and they give you 7 days to complete it. You have between 1-5 minutes to answer depending on the question. The questions asked are a mix of strengths-based questions (no preparation necessary) and behaviour based questions (preparation suggested). For the behaviour questions you get more time to answer and the STAR method should be used. You get one icebreaker question and the last one is just showing your ID. The questions are based on the application form so use that as a guide to prepare for the interview.
