The process was fair and there was a constant communication at each level in regards to the progression of my application. I submitted my application, received an invite for the interview in the space of 2 months, did the interview and was given a response withing 2 months. The checks took about 2-3 months overall. It took me about 9 months to start my position

The questions were more of interpersonal competencies and few tech questions.

Interview
is quite easy and the interviewer is helpful and actually as a interviewee I felt it relax I really want to work with them. however, I have another offer which I have more interested so I have to decline the offer.
