Was called by their Des Moines, IL office to set up interview. The process and the employees with whom I spoke with, were very friendly and easy to talk to. I was called before my background check was completed to let me know that an offer will be made, they wanted to give me a heads up so I didn't take another job. Which was outstanding in my opinion.
