Interview
You submit your application online, then one of the managers from the store will call you to schedule an interview. When that day comes, you walk into the store and find one of the other employees to tell them you have an interview and if they can radio the manager. Then you go into the break room or manager's office for the interview.

The interview questions were as followed:
1. What did you do before this?
2. Do you have any customer service experience?
3. Can you work on weekends?
4. Why do you want to work here?
5. How long do you see yourself working here?
My interview was a group interview with the manager, and two other applicants. Questions were easy and interview was quick. Asked the basics, such as why I want to work there, and a time I dealt with a confrontation and how I solved it.

They have wonderful, welcoming staff who chatted with me while I waited and the manager I spoke to made me feel entirely at ease. One staff member complimented my shoes and several of them checked to make sure I had been helped. It was an amazing experience.

Whether I would be able to sell their credit card.
It was a super easy process, you get a email sent to you with an invitation for an interview you set up a date you go in you have your interview. If you do good they’ll give you a call back for orientation and that’s when you get the job.
