Met with a recruiter then with mulotile sales managers. My final interview was with VP of Sales. The experience was straightforward and what I expected. Each interviewer was prompt, kind and were happy to explain the job. Casual and comfortable.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HomeLight (Gros Islet) in Apr 2023
Interview
The interview process had several steps. The first was a phone call with the recruiter. The second was an in-person interview with the local team leads. Next, there was a written assessment followed by a series of Zoom calls with the local HR Manager, then the Director of Sales, and finally the VP of Sales. Overall, it was an enjoyable process. I even learned new things about myself!
