Applied to Homeserve via an agency after hearing about a vacancy from a fellow contractor. The first interview was swiftly organised and found it to be an engaging experience reflecting what I had read during my interview preparations. The second interview was much tougher and involved a Homeserve manager and Director who were both honest, engaging and professional throughout the interview.
