Blended style of initial CV review and introductions, through to face to face meet and teams interview based on knowledge and competencies. Met a mixture of the wider HR senior leadership team and L&D team.

Competency based questions on skills, knowledge and experiences. Some questioning based on a what would you do scenario. Good conversations had on away from work in terms of hobbies and interests.
