Everything was going very swell until the third round. The recruiter reached out to me and went through a charismatic screener call. And then, I went on a similarly happy and charismatic formal interview with the hiring manager. However, after this, they went completely silent for weeks. Even after spaced-out requests to see what was happening, both individuals refused to communicate even a word. I understand things happen but I believe a ghosting experience represents a poor work environment. I lost interest. Good luck.
