No interview. Must pass state real estate exam and then pay dues. You can choose any brokerage firm once you pass your exam. In order to sit for exam, must take classes and meet certain number of hours of education.

Spoke with office manager on the phone. Meet up with them in the office for 30 minutes or so. Office was okay looking, nothing glamorous. Was given a packet with all the details and went from there
