I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Homeside Financial (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2014
Interview
I first completed a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The second stage in the interview process was face to face with the Sr. VP of the company. This was a very intense and difficult interview. He asked many questions that really dug into my past as well as my ambitions for the future. Although difficult, they were very solid questions compared to my past interviews.

Was very professional. I started out interviewing with my direct supervisor. After that I was called back 2 days later to come interview with the Sr. VP. It was a more informative session, and we really dove into my business, what I bring to the table, and where the company and I had the best matches for future gains. Overall I would rate the process an A.

Interview
I did a face to face interview with two different managers and I did a phone interview with the director of business development. A person with HR was the person that originally reached out to me. She found me on LinkedIn and sent me a message. Each interview was around 30-45 minutes and the phone interview was 10 minutes. Nothing surprising during the process, its was what I expected.
