Homewood Mountain Resort interview questions

The interview was a convenient phone interview, we talked about my experience skiing and racing. Also discussed the work schedule and what type of ski lessons they needed instructors for.

I got a call from the Ski School director who chatted with me about what my goals were, since I was applying for multiple jobs and got me really excited about being a ski instructor. It felt more like a career counseling session than an interview! After chatting for a bit and me deciding that I really wanted to be a ski instructor, he offered me the job on the spot! It was so refreshingly easy after trudging through the Vail Resort interview process multiple times.
