First time received the call from the recruiter in May 2010 for initial round with HR India Executive for the Role in which I was asked my experience, education, roles and responsibilities in then organization, why do I want to change etc. After one week I was asked for 1:1 meeting with HR recruiter, HR head and the Process head who was then looking for PMO also, the same day. The discussion were more oriented towards the management philosophy of TOC and CCPM methodologies that I was supposed to practice. After clearing 5 rounds of interview, the next one was more chellenging round with the Homex Consultants Avenir and Ravi Gillani who are well known TOC experts in the Project Management Area. I was asked to submit and assignment /presentation on how would I practice CCPM and TOC if I would get the offer. Then almost after one month I was interviewed with the MD of the company and again one day before the final offer I received.
