Initial phone screen asked a bunch of technical questions looking for correct usage of terms. Recruiter setup a "Live Coding Challenge". Made it clear to the internal recruiter, I am not a developer. Day of the interview I logged in and the manager giving the challenge stiffed me and I had to reschedule. The next day logged in and the challenge was given by another Engineer. Primarily looking for python development skills and no real questions about OPS experience or culture.
