Process included a call with a recruiter then a Teams call with the hiring manager. They indicated that they wanted to schedule a full team interview but never responded when I followed up with the recruiter then the hiring manager.

Interview is typically a panel. Focused on behavioral questions that center around Honeywell’s core behaviors. Interviewers will be taking notes during the interview as objective evidence for each of the candidates.
Questions that require you to explain a situation and what you did in that situation, etc.
