Interview
I was first called by HR and screened for salary requirements, previous experience, edcucation level. I was then invited to a face to face interview with the hiring manager and team leader. A third interviu followed with the Procurement director (the manager's manager).

Question 1
What would you do if the suppliers threaten to shut down the lines of production if they do not receive a PO as soon as possible, but following the procedures this PO might take a couple of days to be issued? Also please note that neither the team lead, nor the manager are available for advice.
