I applied online. I interviewed at Honeywell (Kansas City, MO) in July 2022
Interview
I completed a phone screen with a recruiter who in my opinion who did not know much about the position. I followed up with her 3 days later and was informed the manager would like candidates with manufacturing experience. I thought instantly “why wasn’t an intake done with the manager prior to contacting candidates??” It was a waste of my time and I should have not been contacted if that’s what the manager was looking for.
